GR8

About

GR8 is a home improvement contractor based in Villas de La Joya, Cabo San Lucas. Reviewers describe custom work such as a tiled floating shelf in a condo, along with repeat jobs around the home. It suits condo owners and homeowners who need a reliable team for smaller building and finishing projects, particularly those personalising a newly purchased property.

The handful of reviews available praise skilled, clean work, punctuality and a considerate, courteous manner, with one client describing several return visits. For any contractor with a short online history, it is worth agreeing the scope and price in writing, asking for photos of similar jobs and confirming how materials and clean-up are handled.
